Indonesia is the world's fourth biggest country by population and is projected to have the world's fourth biggest economy within a few decades.

Its outgoing President Joko Widodo has sought to remake his country's economy during his decade in charge and he has largely done so. But Indonesia and its 280 million citizens face major challenges if they are to clear the biggest hurdle of all - going from developing to developed.
