In an interview, Alima Khan discussed her visit to her brother, former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, who is currently imprisoned.

She described him as physically well and exercising but noted that he was held in solitary confinement for three days and deprived of access to news for over a week.

Upon being informed about the November 26 protests, Imran Khan was deeply shocked by reports of a "massacre," where unarmed protesters were allegedly fired upon by security forces, including the use of snipers and a large-scale operation at night.

Alima highlighted the protests' objectives: the release of political prisoners, addressing alleged election fraud, and ensuring the rule of law. She referenced video evidence showing violence against demonstrators, questioning the lack of accountability and the disappearance of bodies.

Alima criticized the military and government leaders, holding them responsible for the crackdown. Despite facing charges herself and anticipating potential re-arrest, she expressed her determination to continue advocating for democracy, human rights, and the rule of law in Pakistan.
