Guide vendors through the sign-up process and assist with their initial product/service listings.
Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, and vendor onboarding progress.
Represent HalalX at community gatherings, trade shows, or networking events when needed.
Provide feedback from vendors to help improve the onboarding process and platform features.
Previous experience in sales, outreach, or community engagement (preferred but not required).
Familiarity with halal businesses, Muslim communities, or digital marketplaces is a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Basic digital literacy (Google Workspace, CRM tools, social media).
