Qatar, Saudi Arabia Colluded to Start Syrian Civil War

A top Qatari confessed that his country colluded with Saudi Arabia and two others to destabilize Syria, leading to the ongoing civil war where the rebels (including members of terrorist groups) were under foreign command from the start. Former Pentagon official Michael Maloof tells RT America’s Ashlee Banks that the collusion broke down because Qatar and Saudi Arabia disagreed over which foreign fighters to back.
