*************

Today August 26th, Tariq Ramadan will be spending his birthday in prison.

  • More than 7 months in preventive detention.
  • More than 7 months in solitary confinement.
  • More than 7 months of Human Rights violations.

To denounce this injustice and express that "we are still here!", we are organizing a Tweetstorm on August 26th at 6 pm (Paris time).

Objective? To share a maximum of tweets with the hashtag #BirthdayBehindBars and #FreeTariqRamadan for one hour and to make our hashtags trend on twitter during that hour.

Let us not remain silent, let us call the international community to get mobilized, let us all stand with Prof. Tariq Ramadan!

Join us tomorrow from 6 pm (Paris time) for a tweetstorm! Let's call for justice. Together, we can make a difference!
