With the coming of the new moon, Muslims across America and around the world mark the end of Ramadan. This celebration, known as Eid-Al-Fitr, is a day of joy, thanksgiving, and charity. Governor Dean issued this message today:

Eid Mubarak! As Muslims around the world celebrate the end of the holy month of Ramadan, a month of fasting, charity, and reflection, I join you in praying for peace and understanding.

Freedom of religion is a founding principle of our nation. America has prospered and flourished and is now the greatest democracy on earth, in part, because we have welcomed people of all faith traditions. Muslims are as diverse as America, representing every race and ethnicity, and are an integral part of the fabric of our nation.

We are at a time in our nation's history when we need people of goodwill, people of conscience, to come together to promote peace - as Islam teaches. Real understanding - real progress - can only come about when we are all willing to look beyond our differences and embrace our common humanity.

During this joyous time of year, as families of many faiths and traditions gather together to celebrate and offer thanksgiving, I join all Americans in praying for peace and harmony in America and throughout the world.

Dr. Howard Dean is a US Presidential candidate for 2004

Abdul Jalil-try poking your thick head outside your narrow little world where your "just" and "moral" and "Islamic" leaders rule and read a book or two. I promise it won't hurt, you might actually be able to think for yourself for a change. I am a Muslim myself and I am saddend every time I see what kind of backward, uneducated, unread people (such as you) belong to this beautiful, enilghtened and simple religion.

east? west? north? south? black? white? why must you divide us as such. don't show your covered heat and say that it is pure and open. not everyone lies, not everyone is wronged, and not everyone is innocent. in the end we are judged by Allah (SWT). so don't judge with knowledge you have not.
Allah (SWT) made us into nations so that we may learn from one another. so go forth and learn. and do not pass judgement on matters you have no knowledge of. Only Allah (SWT) has the final judgment and all the knowledge.
may peace be upon you my friend and may your heart be uncovered and your eyes clear.

The US government and its allies call the people to the creed of "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's and give to God what is God's." Allah Says: "...His are all things that are in the heavens and on earth (2:255), including Caesar and his throne. Islam is based on guidance from Allah (swt) to conduct all the affairs of the people. This is what the Prophet (saw) called the people to, and it is in complete conflict with the creed of the west and this status quo. Those who vote in this system have sold this deen for a miserable price. They've sold it for fame, fortune, and servitude to the shaitan. It can also be said that those who vote in this system are guilty of shirk (associating others with Allah), which in the eyes of Allah, is unforgivable. Produce your proof, otherwise, if you are truthful. Allah (swt) says: "...and he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them" (5:51). Our objective is not to have Islam accepted or recognized by this kuffar system. The Prophet Muhammad (saw) was offered wealth, power, and beautiful women by the Quraish. He rejected them all. The Quraish went as far as to offer to have Islam implemented for one year and their system the other. He refused their offer and worked persistently to have Islam implemented alone, not along with kuffar. Some Muslim organizations believe they're helping the ummah, by moving closer and rubbing elbows with the enemy. When, in actuality, the organizations are asking us to assimilate into this system and become part of what is absolutely and positively HARAM! Go ahead, prove this paper wrong. If you can.

The Prophet Muhammad (saw) struggled to uproot all man- made laws and systems in order replace them with Allah's law; Islam. While the US government zealously pursues the establishment of man-made laws. The Muslims are suppose to be uppermost in the land. Islamic law (Shariah) is supposed to govern the world. The Muslims are obligated to speak up against injustice and oppression, not become part of it. The problem is that the Muslims don't want to upset their master (the west). They don't want to be the odd man out. The Prophets (as) were not like this. They were always anti- status quo. When you speak the truth they're only going to become more upset. That means that we have to stand up for justice in every sphere of life. "...And speak the word of truth even if it be against yourself. It also says: Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, Nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, Nor acknowledge the religion of truth..." (9:29). Do these people share our beliefs and should we should vote for the people we were ordered to fight?

Voting: One of the dirtiest tricks played on the Muslims yet. Now let us think, seriously, how many of us really think that our votes really count or make a difference? Do you think that you can be heard by a vote? Some organizations sadly think that by voting for these corrupt politicians for things like a street sign, a traffic light, the right to wear a beard or a hijab that they're actually part of this system. But if you think about it, are you supposed to be voting in this non- islamic corrupt satanic government? A system made for the servitude of man to man, not Allah (God). A system run by thieves, sodomites, racist, drug-dealers, and those who indulge in mass destruction against humanity and nature. In fact it is against Islam and everything Islam stands for. Allah says: "O you who have obtained faith! Take not for protectors your fathers and your brothers if they love infidelity above faith." Are you going to dispute Allah's words???

I Do Believe that these are just words from Mr. Dean. They all talk and talk about diversity and respect for Islam. Mr Bush says the same, but does the opposite of what he says. The war on the so-called terrorism is ACTUALLY a FIERCE war on ISLAM and QURAN. This was supported by the majority of government official, including Mr. DEAN

deviate from its principals.

I am praying to Allah that you win this election. I have not delved yet your agenda and program, but I am begining to believe that stand fair on issues. I recommend that you define your position with regard to the nagging problem of the palastinian people.

I love this guy. He has a very broad mind and wish him luck in the forthcoming elections.

Islam teaches peace in all ramifications and this is understandable to all peace loving people, except those who choose to do the opposite out of their own volition and not the dictate of al-islam.
