Death: More Than Just An Individual's Life Being Taken Away

All praise is due to Allah, who reminds his slaves that their lives have an appointed time and that the successful ones are those who are saved from the Fire and entered into Paradise, when He says:

"Everyone shall taste death. And only on the Day of Resurrection shall you be paid your wages in full. And whoever is removed away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise, he indeed is successful. The life of this world is only the enjoyment of deception." [Al-Qur'an 3:185]

And He reminds them that death will reach them no matter where they are when He says:

"Where ever you may be, death will overtake you even if you are in fortresses built up strong and high!" [Al-Qur'an 4:78]

And He reminds them that regardless of what their status in this world, they will face death. Even if they are from the greatest of warriors, or the most powerful of rulers, or even a Prophet when He addressed His Messenger, upon whom be peace, saying:

"Verily, you will die and indeed they shall die as well." [Al-Qur'an 39:30]

And reminds them that they should take heed, because a time will come where they will ask for respite to do more deeds yet shall not be granted this request when He says:

"And spend of that with which We have provided you, before death comes to one of you and he says: 'My Lord! If only You would give me respite for a little while (i.e. return to the worldly life), then I should give sadaqah of my wealth, and be among the righteous.' And Allah grants respite to none when his appointed time (death) comes. And Allah is All-Aware of what you do." [Al-Qur'an 63:10-11]

Death is indeed a reality that we all have to face one day. For most of us we will have to go through mourned times over our loved ones before we actually face our own destiny. And at that time, even though we may not realize it, Allah is bestowing a great favor upon us by reminding us that we too will one day face such a fate, so it is indeed time to be reminded.

"And your Lord has decreed that you worship none but Him. And that you be dutiful to your parents. If one of them or both of them attain old age in your life, say not to them a word of disrespect, nor shout at them but address them in terms of honour. And lower unto them the wing of submission and humility through mercy, and say: 'My Lord! Bestow on them Your Mercy as they did bring me up when I was little.' " [Al-Qur'an 17:23-24]

Mr AqKhan jazakallah for the reminder, but remember I dont decide or you decide or anybody decides but the decision of Allah is the one we take.We are talking generally about death saying that everyone will taste death including the most prominent people that included of course Moses,Muhammad and Jesus Peace be Upon all of them although as you rightly mentioned Jesus was raised to the Heaven by Allah (S.W.T) but nonetheless he will also taste the death like other human beings. As Muslims we believe he was neither killed nor crucified but Allah raised him up unto Himself,we also believe he will come back and live and die and In sha Allah be buried next to our Prohet Muhammad (S.A.W) the honour which no other person gets even the Kings and rulers. So Lailaha illallah Muhammadur Rasulullah and Jesus is also one of the Prophets sent by the same God Allah before Rasulullah. He will come back as a Muslim before the end of the World propagating the teachings of Deen.May Allah give all of us guidance and we become the means of hidayah to the entire mankind inviting them with hikmah (wisdom) which our Prophet S.A.W taught us.

Jazakallah AQ Khan for the reminder. We do not utter except what Allah and His Prophet command us to say or to do as Muslims. The non Muslims say we killed Jesus but Allah refuted that testimony in Surah Nisa Verse 157 "And because of their saying we killed Isa ( Jesus) Son of Maryam (Mary) the Messenger of Allah but they killed him not nor crucified him but the resemblance of Isa was put over another man (and they killed that man not Jesus)and those who differ therein are full of doubts. They have no knowledge, they follow nothing but conjecture (dont know wether AQ Khan is among them which I hope not). For surely they killed him not.But Allah raised him up unto Himself and Allah is ever Powerful, All-Wise.I hope this answers you.May be because of the article which is talking of death I don't really meant to say he is killed what we are implying is to show that Kullu Nafsin zaiqatil maut every soul will taste death.Although it is not a discussion forum but we try to follow Al quran and the Ahadith of our beloved Prophet (SAW).Wallahu A'alam.

Jesus died or Ascended? You decide....

MIRACULOUS ASCENSION
Quran 2:156 'Surely we belong to God and to Him shall we return'.
Quran 4:158 "But God lifted him (Jesus) up (with his body & soul) unto Himself (& he is in
the heavens)....
John 3:14 Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the desert, so the Son of Man must be lifted
up,
John 12:32 And when I am lifted up from the earth..
John 20:17 '...I ascend to my Father, & your Father; & to my God & your God'

MIRACULOUS II COMING:
Qur'an 43.61 'And (Jesus) shall be a Sign (for the coming of) the Hour (of Judgment:
therefore have no doubt about the (Hour), but follow ye Me: this is a Straight Way.

Mathew 24:44 For this reason you also must be ready; for the Son of Man is coming at an
hour when you do not think He will'

Many Scholars described in books about the Life of Jesus (S) citing (Ahadith)- "After his
descent on earth, Jesus (S) will marry. He will have children, and he will remain on earth 19
years after marriage. He will pass away and Muslims will perform (funeral prayers) and bury
him next to Prophet' (Sunan Al-Tirmidhi)

Consider not that Allah is unaware of that which the Zalimun (wrong-doers) do but He gives them respite up to a Day when the eyes will stare in horror. They will be hastening forward with necks outstreched, their heads raised up (towards the sky)( and ) their gaze returning not towards them and their hearts empty (due to extreme fear). And warn them mankind of the Day of torment will come unto them, then the wrong-doers will say "Our Lord! respite us for a little while,we will answer Your and follow the Messengers! Had you not sworn aforetime that you would not leave (the world for the Hereafter i.e at time of death). Indeed, they planned their plot and their plot was with Allah, though their plot was not such as to remove mountains from their places (as it is of no importance)So think not that Allah will fail to keep His Propmise to His Messengers Certainly Allah is All-Mighty All Able of Retribution. On the Day when the earth will be changed to another earth and so will be the heavens and all creatures will apear before Allah the One the irresistible. And you will see the Mujrimun (criminals) that Day bound together fettered, their garments will be of pitch and fire will cover their faces. That Allah may requite each person according to what he has earned, Truly Allah is Swift at reckoning. This is a Message for mankind in order that they may be warned thereby, and that they may know that He is only One Ilah (God) LAILA HA ILALLAH and men of understanding may take heed. This is the message of the Quran in Surah Ibrahim friend of Allah. That was our proof which We gave Ibrahim against his people We raise whom We will in degrees.Certainly your Lord is All Wise All Knowing. And We bestowed upon him Isaac and Jacob each of them We guided and before him We guided Noah and among his progeny Daud Solomon and Ayyub( Job )Joseph,Moses Aaron. Thus We reward the good doers. And Zachariah and John and Jesus and Elias each of them was of the righteous.Ishmael,Elisha Jonah Lot each preffered.

Death is the ONLY reality which we are all agreed. No one would ever deny the existence of death one would taste the same death which came to the greatest people such as Jesus,Muhammad
Moses, Noah Abraham and all other Prophets. They all tasted death similarly in the end greatest Creations of Allah such Angel Jibril Gabriele,Izrafel Trumphet Blower and all others would taste the same death. The only exception is the Creator of Death Allah (S.W.T) who is ever Living He would not taste death unlike His Creations, humans and Jins Angels animals and other creations known and unknown would all taste the same death.

Death is the biggest reality of this world yet the most ignored one.
If only we could believe and be mindful of the fact that any
moment can be our last one with no second chance and that it will
be followed by the ultimate accountability, this world would be an
