Will Joe Biden free Benjamin Netanyahu if the ICC arrests him?


In 2002, former President George W. Bush signed the American Service-Members’ Protection Act, also known as the ‘The Hague Invasion Act’.

This law authorised military force to free any American or allied citizen held by the ICC. Recently, this provision gained attention due to ICC arrest warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister of Defence Yoav Gallant.
