Israel Under Fire at Arab-Islamic Summit

State leaders met in Riyadh on Monday (November 11) for an Arab and Islamic summit on the situation in Gaza and Lebanon, with the aim of unifying visions and positions and following up on the outcomes of a similar joint summit held last year before the conflict in the region expanded.

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said in his opening speech, “the Kingdom renews its call and categorical rejection of the genocide committed by Israel against the brotherly Palestinian people.” “We are not dealing with a state in the legal sense, but rather with an outlaw colonial entity," said Syrian President, Bashar Al Assad. "We are not dealing with a people in the civilised sense, but rather with herds of settlers closer to barbarism than to humanity."
