Indeed, those who deny the Reminder9 after it has come to them ˹are doomed˺, for it is truly a mighty Book.

Those who reject the Message 4513 when it comes to them (are not hidden from Us). And indeed it is a Book of exalted power.

Commentary:
4513 Mere rejection by men will not silence the Signs of Allah, which will work unintermittently and with the fullest potency.
