Excellent speech and indeed it's challenging for all teens growing up in secular societies. Thanks for sharing that Tim.

The challenge faced by Tennage boys in particualr who are tron between the pressures of a traditional family and the open competition and limitless choices of a modern secular society are indeed very great. It takes a lot of personal inner confidence to ignore both and find your own way. |

Yeah, but to ignore is to throw the baby out with the bathwater. I prefer a more nuanced morality based approached given my faith based beliefs. 'Just do it' or do as you please is problematic.

I do not say "just do it" at all. Without a sense of honour, of internal legitamacy, us humans are lost creatures. This is the not as obvious thing that actually permiates secular culture as much as it does Islamic culture. Do unto others as you would have them do to you. This is often very difficult to find inside yourself. |

A person will be judged "good" if
his/her moral is good, both in society and religion. God tells us to help each
other in kindness and piety, and He forbids us to help in sinning and
transgression, so a morally societal and religious approach would be better than
do not doing anything good at all.

the reason for muslim youth join to isis is the way the country they were born in treats them...
and the reason of existance of isis is the way western countries like norway germany france all eu countries and usa treat muslim majority countries... thats the reason. why she doesnt mention about the roots of the country she lives in? ones's country she is awarded by? there is nothing to do with innocent muslim and poor families in muslim and poor countries. and there is no radical or moderate islam. there is only one islam. she should know... and also her clothes are not islamic. she doesnt have right to talk about islam or muslims.
