It may be a problem of a new person starting a new thread as soon as he comes on the forum. There may be restrictions on that. But posting on already running topics should be no problem. We have seen the posts of Emin here. It is already reached a number of 18 posts. That may be the problem. I am not sure. But that would be justified restriction. Edited by minuteman |
