   salam to everyone.
Can someone kindly explain the procedure in prayer for the dead to me?

why do we make salam to only the right side but not both left and right?
why do we not perform 'Ruku' during prayer for the dead?
why do we also not perform 'sujud'?
Is it also obligatory for you to join the prayer for the dead when you are in the mosque while they are making prayers for the dead?
Can women also join in the prayers for the dead?
