You should do nikah as per Quran n Sunnah, our first priority should be to obey the commandment of Allah way above infinitely from what parents or so called namesake scholars say.brother if u practise islam by watching what others do then think y Allah wud hv revealed Quran??? U give example of nikah I give u live example of the most important thing, people here in india give priority to shopping over salaah, so read Quran and approach genuine muslim scholar as Allah says in ch 16 v 43 always approach the one who has more knowledge.

My second question is that if the parents allow it, can the nikkah judge would he also allow it or refuse it?

Reason why I'm asking this because there is a video of muslim male marrying a sikh female in both religion ways without any of them converting.

Thank you.

To answer your question the Muslim guy who married the Sikh girl is living in sin.

If people want make halal what Allah Subhana Wa Ta'ala has made haram then go ahead.

Assalamalecum, answer is no because Allah in ch 2 v 221 of Quran says don't marry the polytheistic women until she believe.a believing slave is better than her even if she allures u.don't marry the polytheistic men until they believe.a believing slave is better than him even if she allures u.Allah in ch 5 v 5 allows muslims to marry those who were given the scripture before.

The answer is NO.

A Muslim man can only marry a Christian woman, a woman from the Children of Israel or of course a Muslim woman.

There would be no problem if the Sikh girl converts to Islam.

Hi

Can a Muslim (male) marry an Sikh (female)? If the parents have no objection to the marriage can the Nikah still be done?

Thank you.
