Do designer brands help muslims?

   Hey EVERYONE, I started this business in hopes of raising charity for Humanitarian efforts in the middle east. Even though there is fighting going on, there are innocent people suffering without food, clothes and shelter. We as privileged Muslims must do something. Ive notice that the hardest obligation for Muslims to fulfill is zakat, due to our materialistic tendency. I'm sure many of you have designer brands in your house, but do any of these brands help fellow Muslims? I want you to think about that for a bit.
