baby milk in pakistan help

   my baby cousin will be going to pakistan with her family.

the worry is that they do not have baby milk because of the elctricity, only powders

and so far when she is given the powder, she will not drink it at all and will chuck it

we have tried adding baby cereals etc to it which she still refuses

have seen some people using pediasure, cadburys drinking chocolate 

are these good ideas? or are there better ways?

would appreciate any help=]
