Two Hadiths

   Assalama alaikoum, 

I am searching for two hadith if any one knows them can you post them here.

First hadith goes about telling your calamities to your brothers/sisters that it is recommended or obligatory. 

Second hadith goes about the one who runs away from somebody that is evil is worse than the one he flees from even if the one he flees one is really evil. It goes something like this, some evil guy goes to the prophet Muhammed (saw) while he is going to him the prophet is saying look how he evil he is. Than after the prophet talked with the evil man, the sahabah say to the prophet Muhammed (saw) why didn't you go away from him instead of talking to him. The prophet (saw) replies: 'the one who flees from the evil person because he is evil is worse than the evil person he flees from'.
