Ramzan is the ninth month according to Islamic Lunar calendar. It indicates the heating sensation in the stomach of thirst and also people should leave sin from that holy day onwards. 

Ramadan is the month in which the Quran was revealed. During Ramzan, the people who fast are not allowed to eat or drink anything including water from dawn to after sunset.The meaning for being fasting is one who feels hunger and thirst he has to remember other people in the world who do not have food and water. 

On that special day people pray to god and men in house visit mosque on behalf of their family. People gather together on that auspicious day and celebrate with loads of happiness.
