A ’token Muslim’

A �token Muslim� is who may saturate his individual live with ample doses of Islamic rituals and rites but who is also determined to ensure that Islamic Shar�ah never becomes the defining order of his or her public and social life. Indirectly, he or she is reducing Allah to liturgical ritual, and then claim that he or she is still a true and practicing Muslim. Such Muslims are not an aberration. If Christians and Jews are condemned by Holy Qur�an for secular offenses against God, agnostic notions about religion, and atheistic philosophies, Muslims also be condemned if they try to do similar things with Allah, Holy Qur�an and Islam.

The Jews and Christians did (and still doing) a hatchet-job on their Scriptures, permanently depriving their future generations; but what we can say about Muslims who still have an immaculate Scripture, a faultless Qur�an, and a theoretical Islam? If these type of Muslims deviate, despite everything that is available to them � surely they should be condemned in stronger terms than their Christian and Jewish predecessors.

They have been called upon to take Allah�s Scripture on their legal system� � Holy Qur�an.
