Looking for repentance and pardon from ALLAH for sins dedicated is a part of every Muslims faith in Islam. There are many verses in the Holy Quran describing the compassion offered by ALLAH to all His believers. In Surah Al- Zumar, it is mentioned: Despair not of the mercy of ALLAH, for ALLAH excuses all sins. Truly Allah is Oft-forgiving, most kind.

The word Taubah or regret carries deep sense. It should not be mistaken for forgiveness as there are positive conditions attached to repentance. Lets get a closer in-depth seem in the circumstances linked with forgiveness and repentance in Islam.
