The Prophet Muhammad Shallallahu ‘Alaihi
Wasallam handed over the keys of the Ka'bah to the Bani Shaiba in the year of
Mecca's conquest, and said: "Take
this key O Thalhah, it will remain in
your hands forever, and no one seizes it unless he is a wrongdoer."
(Narrated by Thabrani in "Mu'jam al-Kabir" no.11234, and "Mu'jam
ash-Shaghir" no.488 from Abdullah ibn Abbas)

‘Today is a day of loyalty and piety! Take the key back.
As from now until the Day of Judgment, no one can take it from you (family of Bani Shayba) unless he was an aggressor.’ I can’t seem to find where this is from as I can’t find Hadith where this is said. Help would be greatly appreciated. |
