it is hard to stick to the topic at every point of discussion.

sometimes the discussion may just change its track. so what? this is bound to happen. after all we are humans.

george i think you must bear a little bit.

It is better to be alone than to be in bad company.

We had Nausheen for that, she was kinda strict with that but Nausheen is not here, I agree with colin about the natural flow of conversation but I have seen alot of topics go under with other topics.

Maybe that is the answer.  The Moderators could remind everyone to stay on topic and the participants could help by reporting posts that stray off course.

The reason I brought this up is that I became interested in some of the opening topics and then had to go through many posts that had nothing to do with the topic and finally gave up.  We all only have a certain amount of time.

Peace,

I agree 100% George. I think moderators do this once a while, however perhaps they overwhelm with other issues, so they don't have enough time to do this. I think the forum members should try to force themselves to follow the rules. Otherwise the forum will look ugly, and difficult to trace back.

I'm not sure yet, Colin, but it does "seem" to be the case on some topics. I haven't been here long enough to be sure.

It was just a suggestion. :)
