   Good afternoon people.I had a question that I would like your opinion on.
I listen to classical music such as Bach,Beethoven,Tchaikovsky etc.
To my knowledge music is haram only if it promotes immoral deeds ( like much of the pop music these days).However, the music I listen to is not Christian or religious in any way.All I listen to is instrumental music .Is this haram? If it is, then why do so many Muslim countries allow and encourage such music.Would appreciate a clear and resolute answer.
