Wa alaikum Salam,
SOrry to hear that your mom is going through this phase. Try to find out from local government sources, if dialysis is available free of cost to deserving families. I do not know which country you are located and what is the medical strudcture in the country. But inshallah, you may find assistance from local sources if you look around. Aslam

My mum is a diabetes patient and it has affected her kidney so the doctor advised that we should be doing regular dialysis for her in order for her to stay healthy but my own family doctor advised that dialysis is not the best option considering the financial implications.
I am presently self employed and I hardly make enough money to support my husband and the children I love my mother so much, I don't want to lose her to the hand of death now, she has suffered seriously raising us. My brother is also married and he is using the whole of his salary in each month for the dialysis. I am confused what can I do to help my mom regain her kidney and to save my brother with his family
