Restricted access to Newbies

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   Dear Administration at IC,
I understand that there are some access restrictions for the new members.
I wanted to point that even in such forums where the new members cannot post, the button "new topic" is available. However clicking on it tells one that s/he cannot post. Is it not possible to not have this button at all so that one knows right away if this forum has restricted access.
