Wa alaikum assalam, the topic of taqwa is vast and deeply profound, and discussing it thoroughly requires careful consideration and reflection. By adhering to the teachings and guidance of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), we show our devotion to Allah and our commitment to following His commandments. Taqwa entails being mindful of Allah's presence, obeying His commandments, avoiding disobedience, and striving to lead a righteous and virtuous life. Taqwa is cultivated through faith, knowledge, sincerity, and constant self-awareness of one's actions and intentions. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH0 exemplified the highest standards of moral conduct, humility, patience, compassion, and piety. By emulating his noble qualities and adhering to his teachings, we aspire to attain a higher level of taqwa and draw closer to Allah. By following the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), we not only express our love for Allah but also receive His mercy, forgiveness, and blessings. 

Intentions are always more important, because when you have good intentions you will turn a good human being and do good acts and when your intention is not good you will start doing evil deeds, but your question is about two hadiths are so I m sure both are important we should try to make proper wudu but also try to use less water , and both are possible !

Islam is allover highest religion. middle means balance of every site about soul vs body. I smoothly share with u. right orientation call hedayah & sincerity is call of takwa. I want to know with u. thanks.
