Well then, one assumes that if the girl chooses to live in that Islamic way, then she will wait until she is 18, as per the local laws, and then will allow her family to find someone for her. In non-Muslim countries, people have their _own_ choices. Their religion and their way of life is _their choice_. If they choose to live some other way, then that's actually no one else's business, is it? the whole thing is worthless if people are _forced_ to live in a particular way, isn't it? Kim...

salamo alaikoum dear sisters
I hope you are enough aware about the new regulation in moudawanah of the family in some maghrebien countries. It is out of islam 's regulation. per example, no girl has permission to mary before 18 years old, and after she get this age, she is free to get married without the wali's permission. How muslims who wants to follow his religion can do with that??? And i m asking myself if muslims arround know about this deviation of maghrebien regulations? Jazakoumou ALlahou khayran salamo alaikoum |
