can u please justify/elaborate your this comment. I answered your every question plus others with proper references from Quran, hadith and islamic history or removed the allegations against them from their books. The threads are there, every one can go and see for themselves. and same has been done in this matter of apostacy, surely u cant deny this.

so its better that we avoid misleading other posters about each other.

	Death penalty (besides Qisas) has been prescribed in the Quran in Surah Al Maida, verse 33: 'The only reward of those who make war upon Allah and His messenger and strive after corruption in the land will be that they will be killed or crucified, or have their hands and feet on alternate sides cut off, or will be expelled out of the land. Such will be their degradation in the world, and in the Hereafter theirs will be an awful doom.' I dont think apostasy would warrant the death penalty, unless if its making war against Allah and his messenger or causing corruption in the society. According to Sharia, 'the gravity of the punishment depends on the gravity of the crime'.

	My dear friend Whisper, i can only laugh at your posts, i thought u had a bit more intelligence then u are showing. u syrely missed the sarcastic tone in his post when he says Whisper has got a genuine cause for complaint. read that post again, the answers, u are asking are pretty clear in that post of mm. and as for they calling us Kafirs, i have proven against it before three times with some irrefutable evidence.
