Asalam-u-alaykum

My question is that

Due to emotional abuse from a friend, being threatened and made to cry to such an extent I felt like I was going to faint or kill myself.

Suffer from anxiety and depression

I have broke my fast

Is this a sin I have committed??

I feel so guilty and just the thought of my action is making me so upset

Would I need to do qaza or kaffarah fast??
