My wife of almost a year which I love deeply has committed adultery and I haven�t got evidence hat she has committed fornication, I have told her of her wrong doing and of allah punishment and she seem not to care and In a relationship with the other man and all she tells me is to get over it and the other man isn�t a Muslim what should I do please help

If she is not happy with you, then she has right to take divorce and marry a person who she likes him. And you should not force her. If she understands and wants to continue the relationship with you then its good for you. Because Allah dislikes the divorce. May Allah help you and give strength to her to follow a righteous path.

Jaycarr, salaams, and welcome! You mentioned that your wife tells you "to get over it". What specifically does she expect you to "get over"? Is your wife generally irreligious? Does she pray five times a day? Fast in Ramadan? Is the "other" man a co-worker? Have you notice a sharp shift in her attitude and behavior towards you, such as, being dismissive, belligerent and condescending?
