   Salutations. In some parts of the world modern antiretrovirals are to expensive and consequently people die of AIDS. In Ethiopia they have no palliative care and people with cancer would jump in front of lorries to end there pain. Is a global health co-op where medicine and medicinal care are free a good idea? Is free health care (from cradle to the grave) a decent idea? Should it be a fundamental human right??

	Pharmaceuticals are elements morphed into compounds. A pharmaceutical drug called zolgensma costs two million dollars for one dose and is a life saving drug. What price life? Two million dollars for elements formed into a compound?? How many people have died because of corporate greed?
