If you are using a nail polish or any kind of nail kits like acrylic nail kits, gel nail kits and polygel nail kits that is creating a layer on your natural nail then definitely you cannot pray with that.  But if the material that you are using allow water to pass through your nails polishe then it's ok to have them.
