Of the 16 countries bordering Russia 5 are members of NATO. Does that not make the notion of NATO expansionism redundant. In the age of algorithmic warfare and hypersonic missiles and aircraft does territory matter? If there are 5 NATO countries bordering Russia then why fuss about Ukraine? Vladimir Putin acknowledged that NATO forces are superior to the Russian millitary but Russia have a nuclear capability. Mutually assured destruction (MAD) stopped the cold war going hot. Why not rely on MAD? Do you think NATO would generate a false flag event to trigger article 5 and cause a self destructive nuclear holocaust??

Thanks. The nearest NATO country is 500 miles from Moscow! Seemed slightly nuts lol!!.

BBC reporting that Nord Stream 1 & 2 bypass Ukraine meaning Kyiv could loose out on £1.8 billion in transit fees!! I'll do more research peace!

As John Lennon sung - give peace a chance. Before sending young men to fight and die in wars then look in a mirror and consider your own mortality before sending people to there graves. If that doesn't put you of war you are insane

Always remember this- you have to live with yourself. My advice avoid war and avoid burdening your soul with the deaths of people. It's just not worth it

Edit.As someone with acute PTSD vicarious trauma shell shock and profoundly disturbed my advice is avoid conflict. Killing destroys the soul and is never justified (unless it saves life)

Is Ukrainian soldiers killing Russian soldiers with NATO equipment sane or dangerous? A no fly zone has been ruled out due to the potential for a miscalculation between NATO and Russian forces. Why have the Ukrainian army got STINGER MANPADS???? are you daft?? It's alleged that the Ukrainian army has more anti tank missiles than Russia has tanks. NATO fighting Russia by proxy?

Ukrainian soldiers pulling the triggers on NATO equipment-in a fair world is Russia supposed to except that? 

What's next NATO soldiers pulling the triggers on NATO weapons?

Edit. Infowars reporting that Czechoslovakia (a NATO country) is providing dozens of T72 tanks to Ukraine. As a guess a miscalculation could occur consequently triggering a broader conflict between NATO and Russia. You don't need to be Einstein to figure that Ukrainian soldiers firing NATO equipment at Russian soldiers could trigger WW3 and potentially a nuclear holocaust. Putin knows his conventional forces can't beat NATO-i guess that elevates the chance of a nuclear exchange.From a cloud burst EMP/HPM detonation or low yield battlefield device fired by artillery to a ful on MAD Nuclear holocaust. 


To Putin's credit he has done well to not go beserk as he is essentially fighting NATO by proxy. As was said NATO has equipped the Ukrainian army with more anti tank missiles then Russia has tanks/APCs and the pentagon is talking of supplying $100 million dollars of anti tank missiles to Ukraine. Strangely China and Russia declared a new order in February. Also a Chinese diplomat Wang Wenbin stated that "China Russia cooperation has no limits" DOES THAT INCLUDE MILLITARY SUPPORT???



ITS THE GLOBAL VILLAGE SO WHY ARE THEY FIGHTING!!!!! Thought experiment- what if China declared a defence pact with Russia and began fighting in sympathy against Ukraine (like Korea NOT FORGETTING THE SOVIET MIG PILOTS) and Russia stood shoulder to shoulder in respect to the millitary conquest of Taiwan?

It just takes a spark to detonate the powder keg.

More jaw jaw less war war? War can be defined as the exchange of real estate for human lives. Dying for soil is a daft concept 

Currently (and a thought experiment)If Ukraine has more anti tank missiles than Russia has tanks THEN WHY IS THE PENTAGON TALKING OF SUPPLYING A $100 million dollar supply of anti tank missiles to Ukraine? Firing them at the Chinese? Is there intelligence China might fight Ukraine in sympathy with Russia? Same history different page (Korea)

An act of war is defined as an aggressive act against another state. British prime minister Borris Johnson is allegedly sending £100 million pounds of anti tank missiles and anti aircraft missiles to Ukraine. IS THAT AN ACT OF WAR? Is Vladimir Putin within his rights to retaliate?
