In addition, I would like to bring to this discussion a very important matter on how do observe Eid according to message of the Quran?

We are into celebrating instead of praising the glory of God. And that is a sad issue.

Our hearts are not remembering God (much) who created us and made us experience life itself and will bring us back again to the eternal world. But then, to access the next life we need to understand the steps to gain entry. 

In every Eid, we forgo connecting with God and incessantly preoccupied with our own selfs and others. This has to change as we know that the will no "others" in the hereafter to assist us in our answers to God.
