login troubles

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   Assalamu alaikum,
I am on automatic login, and when I come to the page it shows I am indeed logged in. But when I try to post a reply, it fails to post it and instead I get a message that "you must login first." This has happened repeatedly. Insha'Allah could you figure out why this is happening?

	Yeah, I didn't want to complain, but I was having the same problem. I even sent two emails requesting assistance, and I finally just created a new "abuaisha" and password.

	Assalamu laikum, This caused by cockies confusion on the user's computer. Please clean the cockies. Here the step, (this for IE browser, for other broser, please check on the browser's help): Go to internet explorer, clean the cockies (tools-internet option-deltete cockies). Close internet explorer. Open the internet explorer again. Try to login again, most the time this one help. For abuaisya do you want to transfer the old abuaisa posting number, so you will be in senior member. Edited by Administrator
