Anne,

I expect you to ignore my posts and the verses of Quran, Like you did in the past. Please pray a lot for yourself that Allah makes you comprehend His deen the way it is. ( I pray that for myself too).

Wassalaam
Allah is Sufficient as a Walee (Protector) and Allah is Sufficient as a Naseer (Helper).
(Surah An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #45)

Alaikoam Salam

Very good posts sister, I never ignor any replies I recieve though I may not always know how to respond.

As for Abraham being a true Muslim this is very possible though I was not there to say for sure.

Sahih Bukhari

Narrated Abu- Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "No child is born except on Al-fitra (Islam) and then his parents make him Jewish, Christian or Magian,.........
(Book #60, Hadith #298)

I like this post sister.

I always pray everyday for all of us that we will be good people ie good Muslims all of us not just some of us.

Judgement day passes in the moment we decide something needs attention & we take positive action. Then there will be a great sorting out of people into groups, Inspired by Surah 99 Ayat 1-8

The problem with interpreting scripture again leads to more questioning....!

Brother Muhammad77 in one of your post you said "Again it is Allah that makes us search"

So basically it is Allah who says we have freewill then "makes" us search our path? Doesn't sound like freewill to me. If this is true then it is by Allah's will that some are destined to commit sin by Allah's will (meaning his divine influence upon the matter of our physical bodies). Can anyone clarify?

Israfil maybe these two ayahs are good enough for food of thought:

And verily We gave Luqman wisdom, saying: Give thanks unto Allah; and whosoever giveth thanks, he giveth thanks for his soul. And whosoever refuseth - Lo! Allah is Absolute, Owner of Praise.(31:12)

------------Lo! Allah changeth not the condition of a folk until they (first) change that which is in their hearts; and if Allah willeth misfortune for a folk there is none that can repel it, nor have they a defender beside Him. (13:11)

Than ofcourse there is in the khadith and in the OT where he says roughly like this

"I was hungry you feed me not. If you do you will find me with him",

Let me make my point more easy to be understood Insha'Allah. Here it is -

we do not have the power to do a good deed, andwe do not have the strength to save ourself from committing a bad deed, without the aid of Allah The Most High The Most Great.
