Salam Alaikoam Women are given the first right to ask for devorce if her husband abuses her or her children. A woman must wait three months after the devorce for marrying again to make sure there are no children resulting from any relations up to the end of the devorce period. In a devorce a woman is intitled to any property she brought into the marraige besides what her husband gives her upon devorce. Devorce whether it is within the Muslim community or else where is often fraught with emotions and depending on the maturity of the parties a certain amount of fairness or unfairness.

Judgement day passes in the moment we decide something needs attention & we take positive action. Then there will be a great sorting out of people into groups, Inspired by Surah 99 Ayat 1-8
