What is Sunnah?  Second question why does the Qur'an use the pronoun "We" For example Surah 2, the Heifer-49." We delivered you from the people of Pharaoh."

The sunnah is whatever have been reported on the prophet weather speach or deed or affirmation .

 

The ''we'' is sued as plural of Majesty.

If you have not read The Prophet's biography, I would recommend  that you  read that first in order to put the Sunnah in it's proper context.
IMHO Muhammad by Martin Ling would be a good start; it is only 345 pages. It is extremely well written by an English brother.
