Bismillah..assalaamalaikum
The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and his companions were on their way to Makkah for umrah. they were camping at Hudaibiyah. They gave a message to the quraish that they intended peace. The quraish after discussions with Uthman radiallahu anhu (who went to speak with them), made this treaty.
According to the treaty, there was to be truce between the Quraish and the Muslims for a period of ten years. Each party was free to make its own alliances, but they were not to resort to war. Any person who deserted the Muslims and sought refuge with the Quraish was not to be returned, but any person who escaped from the Quraish to the Muslims was to be returned to the Quraish.
The Muslims were asked to go back and come for umrah next year. That was the condition.
Wassalaam.

As Salamu Alaikum
Insha Allah I will add to what sister Amah already stated here.
1. The Quraish did not agree to the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alayhi wa Sallam) being addressed as Muhammad Rasul-Allah but as Muhammad ibn Abdullah
2. The Muslims could not enter Makkah that year but they could return the next year but only for 3 days
3. They shall not come armed and can only carry swords sheathed.
4.War activities will be suspended for 10 years.
5. If a Quraish goes over to the Muslims without permission, he should be sent back but any Muslim going over to the Quraish will not be sent back.
6.Which ever tribe wished to join the Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam) could do so and which wished to join the Quraish could do so.
7. An attack by the Quraish on any tribe which joined allegiance with the Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam) is an act of aggression on the Muslims and the same if the Muslims attacked any tribe which joined allegiance with the Quraish is an act of aggression on the Quraish.
I think of any others, Insha Allah I know you will add the details or what I have left out.
