I know Enas and Younis are names but is Samara a last mname??  If so, I think it means:

Enas called (or called out to/for) Younis Samara.

The syntax is off though.  It should be "Nada Enas younis samara."

Sussett hope this helps.  Palestine, sosooo88 perhaps one of you could ask your dad  about this.  I'm sure one of them could shed some light.
