   Report: 965 Israeli attacks on Palestinians in one week

Ramallah - A Palestinian official report said that IOF troops launched 965 attacks on the Palestinians in the period January 2-8 this year, affirming that the attacks involved military force and arbitrary measures.

The Palestinian national data center said that the violations included shootings, shelling residential neighborhoods, repeated storming of cities and towns, installing roadblocks, confiscating lands, sealing off entire areas and others.

The report said that the Israeli aggressions on the Palestinian people since the Sharm El-Sheikh summit on 8/2/2005 had reached 70,079 that killed 874 Palestinians and wounded 3,997 others while 10,090 citizens were arrested.

The IOF troops confiscated in the same period 40,476 dunums of Palestinian lands, the report said, adding that Jewish armed settlers carried out 834 attacks against Palestinian civilians.
