American Low Interest Rates

As the interest rates have been lowered in the U.S, Americans have been borrowing heavily form the banks and investing their money (or selling their dollars) overseas. As a result, value of dollar has fallen and large amount of dollar has accumulated into the hands governments and institutions over which U.S govt. has no control. If the value of dollar continues to fall, people might panic and start selling their dollars in a frenzy. Value of dollar will then fall dramatically. I think, therefore, to be on the safer side Muslims should not horde dollars (although it is cheaper now) and sell their dollars back to the Westerners.
