Hello. I know that islam tell to have as much kids, as god gives. We live in 21 century - time of technologies and computers so i use soft for that case - ovulation calendar . There is also a feature to calculate gender of future baby . I wonder - what do you think about such planing?

Welcome Katrina,
you will hear different views, depending who is answering. I, as one, who try to be a Muslim by pratice in everyday life and am still very far from fully achieving that, as it is a never ending struggle. Thus at the end its intention and quality of work that will count apart from quantity. And Yes, we do believe firmly that every act of our life, every word we speak, thought we nurture, act we do is recorded to the tiniest detail, and will be the factor in determining our future life of the hereafter. And with God's Mercy and forgiveness we will make it to the next.
I am not fimiliar with God commanding us to have a lot of kids as you wrote. Your use of ovulation calander to avoid getting pragnant is smart and I don't see it against Islamic belief. Any form of abortion to get rid of a child (common in modern world) of course is forbidden in Islam.
Of course there is what we think and plan, and sometimes our Creator the One who knows All have different plans and as a reality our plans go not too far, but His plans are always completed.
We (me and my wife) followed the method (ovulation calender) you mentioned after we got married but we were blessed with a surprise against our plans, so we quit following it.
Different peope will tell you differetly, how many kids are enough. I say if you are materialistic and want for your kids things that are out there other than the necessities, the ones that will in fact distract him and take away from his creator then one or two is enough even if you are a doctor by profession and can afford more.
Then there are those who don't think that way and are not sad to have all the toys out there, instead thankful for what they have and think of children as a blessing from God and may have 5,6 or more children and even working as a day laborer.
And by the way these views are not limited to just Muslims, I see devout Christians practicing the same.

The friends of God will certainly have nothing to fear, nor will they be grieved. Al Quran 10:62
