Is zakaat to be calculated on silver if you have less than the 612.36 nisaab amount, but where your money/cash exceeds the nisaab amount?

I got the answer from the local Jamiat, thanks.
Zakaat is payable on both the items....
All is well at my end, Alhamdulliah... I am back with more questions though....
