Asslamualikum,

I just came across a sister who tried commit suicide because husband was cheating. Alhamdullilah i was able to tell her friend to take her quickly to hospial before irreversible liver damage occured.

Any ideas why so many men are cheating now a day.

Brother123 -because their faith is weak, and so is thier character.....Men today are much weaker than men of the past..
You cant be a good muslim if you are not decent and have a cold heart. Be a decent and kind person and care for women and children and the elderly.

I think that the reason so many men cheat these days is because they always like what they can't have.  Its not necessarily the act of cheating, its the chase, its the temptation and the fight to resist what they want but know they should not have.

I think it is disgraceful how so many men now are blessed with good wives yet they still stray from the path.  In doing so not only are they betraying their wife and altering their relationship forever but they are commiting a grave sin.

A muslim man that "cheats" on his wife is just plain stupid.  Allah gave him the right to have more than one wife, why sneak around?   If his wife doesn't want to be in polygamy and he just "can't" be with only her, then he should give her a divorce.  That's better than giving her AIDS.

Men, as well as women, cheat out of selfishness.Not believing(or not caring about) in the Judgement day is one of the foremost reason.
