What is going on?

Not only have posts disappeared, but so have private conversations...
and now a link that I went to earlier, a link that I was given by someone to explain about the missing posts...
is a thread that I now can not find, and when I click on the link provided it says only users with sufficient permissions can access.

and I still have posts from July 9, 2013, waiting to be approved.

What is going on?
