The people within Christianity and Judaism who turned away from God as the law-maker have devised and rationalized secularism. The temporal is contrasted with the eternal and by implication, the wordily with the religion. Secularism denotes a turning away from an other-worldliness to a worldliness that only values materialistic human achievements. This development took place in the western world during the so-called Renaissance in medieval European history, when new learning and scientific discoveries from much civilized Muslim countries tempted European to break from Scriptural guidance and confidence in God the Creator. Secularism took another significant step in 18th century, with the so-called Enlightenment, when European political theory stressed the potential power of human beings to govern themselves in contrast with the religious theory of necessity of divine guidance. The have been called upon to take Allahs Scripture as their legal system.Holy Quran. But the Judeo-Christian West deviated from that along the lines of secularism, agnosticism, humanism and atheism. |

In a recent essay, philosophy professor Joseph Lawrence observed that in Iraq, America is at war not with international terrorism, not with Iraqi insurgents, not with Islamic fundamentalism - but with Islam itself, a world religion rendered problematic by its failure to honor the distinction between church and state, a failure that makes reconciliation with the secular order of modernity impossible. While Bush has consistently maintained that the war on terror is not a war on Islam, it is important to know that many of his most vocal supporters disagree. Central to their viewpoint is the idea that, because Islam never had a "reformation" comparable to the emergence of Protestant Christianity in the16th century, it is necessarily anti-democratic and incapable of functioning in the modern world. http://www.iviews.com/Articles/articles.asp?ref=ZD0503-2638 What we call "secular" is in fact, Luciferianism, a religion of Satan worship. This fact is hidden under a facade of tolerance of all religions. But this tolerance disguises an active hostility (i.e. intolerance) of genuine religion Islam that assert a supreme moral force in the universe called Allah. Luciferians work to infiltrate and destroy these religion. |
