Salam Alaikoam Since the beginning humanity has sought Peace. Religion has been a way to Peace but also war. Today we must strive for World Arising Responsibly and Spiritually. What scriptures from various Holy Books do you know that speak of Peace? The one I like was when Jesus said "Be as I am." Salam

Judgement day passes in the moment we decide something needs attention & we take positive action. Then there will be a great sorting out of people into groups, Inspired by Surah 99 Ayat 1-8

Anne Marie Elderkin Habibi,
The ones I like the best are these. John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. There are many others, but these two are my favorites. Annie Edited by AnnieTwo |

14If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified. 1 Peter 4

Annie, I love this most and it is from Qur'aan, where Jesus talks about his peace: "Peace was on me the day, I was born; Peace was on me the day I died and peace will be on me when I will be raised again." "The day I died" is not the day he was crucified reportedly. That is the day most probably after living a long life and then dying the natural death. "when I will be raised again" refers to resurrection of all on the Day of Judgement. |

"when I will be raised again" refers to resurrection of all on the Day of Judgement." I like this quote as I believe Judgement Day is born in each moment. A moment to consider and see have we done good or bad in our lives. A moment to consider if we have challenges that we need assistance with like communication skills, parenting skills, conflict resolution skills and where we can find this kind of training, education and counseling in our community. Also a moment to consider if we can assist others like being or becoming a volunteer for some organization that helps people. Also a moment to consider if we need to apologize to anyone for any miss deed. A moment to consider our dreams and goals and how we can accomplish them giving ourselves and others grace and dignity. In doing these things we will find ressurrection of the Holy Spirit within us and others as well as salvation. This is the first level and most important level of Jihad may we all have success in this inner Jihad that affects the world so greatly. May no one be left to fall through the cracks and may we all find the Education, Counseling and Consultation we need to be the best we can be. PS He has arisen....
