Well! Shery, lu mak bo ka si lu! I do hope someone will kindly interprete for you. It seems like laughing is an insult to your nature. You have the rights to report anyone, what a great job? Your action to report serves you a lesson to behave well, isn't it?   

I believe the moderators are wise and well-educated.
Don't you know that they might know who was banned and returned with different ID too.

Yes the moderator live abraod and they are wise enough to not go against the foreigners so they dont get chased by the intelligence

as they do to arab in western countries ,spy on them and caught them without a charge as guantanamo
