   Qisas is the plural of Qissah - a word denoting many meanings in the arabic language - most significant being �stories� or narrations. A surah in the Quran itself is named as �surah Qasas� - the Stories.
Many lessons are to be learnt from our predecessors and their lives. An inspirational story can spark in us the motivation to learn and progress, for, everyday we are discovering something new and it is in our nature to become neglectful, only then to realise, that we have strayed.
We hope these collection of stories, folk tales, advices, inspirational events in the life�s of great men serve as an avenue of wisdom, a channel of learning, and most importantly a step to realisation. In a time when our hectic lifestyles have taken over and Islam has become just a small segment in our lives, we mustn�t forget our final abodes and never lose hope - Allah�s mercy prevails over everything.
Aim of the website to be a central place for inspiration. Its not a one job site, its growing. If anyone finds a story any time of the day, they can and they should send it in, so the website will be updated for all to read.

	Assalamu Alaikum! Masha Allah very inspirational stories. Jazak Allah Khair for posting. Any story that can turn one's life, and bring him closer to Allah can not be discounted. Sometimes very simple events and stories have turned the lives of those who were very much against Islam. The impact was so much that their direction took turn of 180 degrees.
